We are proud to have been involved in restoring some of the finest and rarest examples of classic Porsche’s, working alongside some of the world’s leading specialists and collectors. Projects including 904, 908, R, ST, RS, RSR, 934, 936 and SCRS, several being Works cars.
Research is of paramount importance in any project, from the smallest of details for reproducing NLA components to livery specification on period competition cars. Our experience provides a wealth of knowledge, with a clear understanding of the importance and value of originality and integrity.
We have over 60 years experience in engineering and manufacturing. Our world-class facilities are un-paralleled, located on a secure 4-hectare site our operation covers 6000m2 with dedicated areas for shell preparation/fabrication, composites production, CNC machining, paint/body shop, assembly, parts warehousing and distribution. Security and discretion are key elements to our service as such we operate by appointment only
We operate the latest manufacturing technology, utilising only the finest materials, combined with a dedicated team of highly skilled engineers and craftspeople, passionate about the marque, we offer un-rivalled products and services from the supply of individual components, to full restorations and bespoke builds.
Our fabrication team have a wealth of knowledge working on classic Porsche, specialising in all aspects of fabrication including aluminium and magnesium. Over the years numerous 911’s and rare aluminium framed prototypes have been restored by our team.
Some clients wish to restore to the original manufacturer’s specification, while others opt to modify to meet their specific requirements, including FIA compliant competition cars and custom GT builds. Whichever you choose, you can rest assured that your project is in the best hands with us.
Our team works closely together across, fabrication, composites production, and paint shop to ensure each project meets our exacting standards and hopefully exceed our client’s expectations.

From simple panel repairs to full body restoration, we have extensive experience and knowledge when it comes to classic Porsche bodywork. Our services include restoring original panels, replacing with OEM specification and supplying from a comprehensive range of in-house production.
Our composites body panels are reputed around the world, and have been supplied to many of the leading specialists, for restoration projects and new competition car or bespoke builds, including Le Mans & Safari winners, museum exhibits and hot-rods featured on the likes of Jay Leno.
Our service is unparalleled, offering:
- Panel restoration or replacement
- Comprehensive range of in house manufactured composite panels for R through to SCRS
- Design and manufacture of tooling for NLA or custom panels
- Bespoke panel manufacture for restoration of factory prototypes or custom builds
- Panel fitting, with particular attention to alignment
- Manufacture of bespoke supports where required
Our in-house paint facility features the latest Dalby booth with separate mixing room and scheme. We use only Glasurit paint materials, 22 line for single stage colours or 55 line base and clear for metallics.
Each project carried out to our client’s individual specification with meticulous attention to detail and pride. Researching period documents for colour reference, producing art work and stencils for liveries and stripes to be painted, following suit for custom work preferring this method over vinyl.
Our process and procedures follow or exceed industry guidelines, every stage checked and assessed for quality/finish. All of which are backed by our ISO9001/14001 quality control.
Following the completion of paintwork, the chassis/shell is moved to our dedicated assembly area. We will reassemble all aspects of the build, paying attention to the smallest of details, including:
- restoring or replacing fasteners
- rebuilding assemblies such as wiper units
Competition and custom builds typically feature bespoke wiring harness amongst other unique features offered by EB Motorsport.
Quality Control & Testing
Every build will undergo extensive quality control and testing. We will ensure that all parts fitted are to the highest standard. We work with you to complete full chassis setup with testing to ensure your goal is achieved.
Engine setup will be meticulous, attention to detail and performance is our main focus and we will Dyno test to ensure that the engine setup is perfect.
