EB Motorsport ran the Donington Historic Festival last weekend and had a good time, as shown in this great video!
“The video shows Porsche fun on slicks in the rain,” says Mark. “There was some interesting overtaking on the outside through the Craner Curves! Ran out of fuel on the last lap, lost second place by just six seconds, but still managed third overall and a class win.
“James did well, coming from the back after a disappointing quali when an electrical issue meant the amplifier wouldn’t run properly. He lost ground with a trip through the pits after a mistake with the flags, but set some good lap times on his third outing in the new 911 RS: only a few seconds behind the front runners.”
Mark & James first taste of racing was at Jim Russell’s Donington Race School, so they love this circuit. Watching the yellow 911 RSR fly around the wet track on slicks is exciting!
