Porsche 911 2.5 ST Front Bumper
The EB Motorsport lightweight Porsche 911 ST front bumper has been recreated with the passion and attention to detail we have become renowned for.
A new old stock steel bumper was used as the basis, the ST shape was then sculptured around this, using period information, images and dimensions, retaining all the original details and features, often overlooked.
The internal detail including mounts and reinforcing’s have all been painstakingly recreated in composite (GRP). The bumper includes the fog lamp apertures, with strengthened brackets, rigid enough to hold a light unit.
The part is manufactured using a high-quality gel coat in combination with a composite construction tailored to the component shape. A combination of CSM and woven materials are used to reinforce areas where necessary, resulting in a rigid, durable product whilst retaining the lightweight philosophy.
