Porsche 911R Front Bumper
The EB Motorsport lightweight Porsche 911 R front bumper has been recreated with the passion and attention to detail we have become renowned for.
A new old stock steel bumper was used to create the tooling, retaining all the original details and features, often overlooked.
The internal detail including mounts and reinforcing’s have all been painstakingly recreated in composite (GRP), just like the original R.
The part is manufactured using a high-quality gel coat in combination with a composite construction tailored to the component shape. A combination of CSM and woven materials are used to reinforce areas where necessary, resulting in a rigid, durable product whilst retaining Ferdinand Piech’s philosophy of extreme lightweight.
